You are an established Financial Planner and you are familiar with HNW Planning's systems. Most likely you will have already been through one of the B2P Mentoring Broker2Planner / Accountant2Planner or Accelerated Familiarisation programs. In conjunction with HNW Planning, B2P Mentoring has several procedures to help you and them to meet compliance obligations.
The Business Maintenance Program will review ongoing education, commission and compliance requirements and will use statistics and exception reports to isolate advisers and areas of competence needing further support. The Business Maintenance Program is also a means of staying in contact with and absorbing feedback from our adviser network.
