The B2P Mentoring service began in 2008, growing out of the realisation that many mortgage brokers were in a unique position to be able to add financial planning to their business offering.

It was recognised that a need existed for a training and mentoring service to guide that transition, and in 2009 B2P Mentoring Pty Ltd was incorporated.

In 2010 the B2P business joined forces with the Australian Financial Services Licensee HNW Planning Pty Ltd, and together became wholly-owned subsidiaries of HNW Group Holdings Pty Ltd. This coalition saw the benefit of adding greater resources and increasing the business offering with an expanded program range.
